Income from alternative investments rarely arrives on one predictable schedule. Private credit may pay monthly, real estate quarterly, and other investments only when cash is available. As a portfolio grows, keeping track of what has been received—and what should arrive next—becomes increasingly difficult.
The AltTrack Income Tracker brings that information together across your entire alternative investment portfolio.
See your income history and forecast in one place
The Income Tracker provides a portfolio-wide view of income received this year, income over the trailing 12 months, and projected income for the next 90 days and 12 months.
The Income Timeline places received and projected payments on the same chart. This makes it easier to see the shape of your portfolio’s income, from recurring monthly payments to larger quarterly or annual distributions.
You can review the portfolio totals and then look at the individual investments behind them.
Payment patterns detected automatically
AltTrack reviews the income history of each investment and looks for a recurring payment pattern, such as monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual payments.
Once AltTrack identifies a pattern, it uses that investment’s history to estimate its next payment date and expected amount. Those estimates are then included in the portfolio-wide forecast.
If an investment does not have enough history for automatic detection—or you already know its expected schedule—you can set the payment frequency manually.
Forecasts with useful context
The Income Projections panel shows expected income over the next three, six, and twelve months, along with payments anticipated during the next 30 days.
AltTrack also indicates how much of the forecast comes from investments with well-established payment histories. Investments without enough information are left out rather than being added to the forecast based on an unreliable assumption.
This provides more context than a single projected total. You can see what AltTrack expects, which investments are driving the forecast, and how much historical information supports it.
Upcoming payments at a glance
The alerts menu provides a quick view of income payments that are coming up, due, or potentially late.
When an investment has an established payment pattern, AltTrack estimates when its next payment should arrive. If that date passes without a new payment being recorded, the tracker highlights it for review.
This makes it easier to notice an expected payment without maintaining a separate calendar or checking each investment individually.
The Income Tracker is available now under Tools → Income Tracker. It uses the income transactions already recorded in your account, and its projections become more informative as additional payment history is added.
